The Insurance Servicres Basic Certificate is designed to prepare students for entry-level positions in the insurance industry. Insurance sales agents contact potential customers and sell one or more types of insurance. These agents explain various insurance policies and help clients choose the plans that suit them. Insurance sales agents commonly sell one or more types of insurance, such as property and casualty, life, health, and long-term care.
